Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing legal support to business teams as they engage companies to provide them with real estate, property management and infrastructure solutions.
• Assigned to attend to the legal needs of corporate services, development and engineering services groups, as part of the broader effort to create a dynamic industrial landscape.
• Advise and work on corporate real estate transactions and issues.
• Assist with any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess background in law and has been admitted to the Singapore Bar.
• Brings 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Experience in dispute resolution work will be advantageous.
• Independent and able to work in a team.
