Legal Counsel, Semiconductor

A leading semiconductor firm is looking to hire a Legal Counsel. You will be responsible for the following:

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on various contracts including customer, supplier, procurement, distributor, non-disclosure, and tenancy agreements.
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks and opportunities in business activities and commercial projects.
• Handle all data privacy related issues of the Group.
• Ensure that applicable SGX listing rules and regulations are complied with.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Lawyer with 6 years + PQE coming from the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge and experience in SGX listing compliance.
