Legal Counsel, Real Estate/M&A/EPC (6-12 months contract) - Digital Infrastructure MNC

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel for a 6 to 12 months contract with a prominent digital infrastructure company. This role offers an excellent opportunity for legal professionals with a background in real estate, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), and M&A to transition into a high-growth and exciting industry. Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and support across various business units, focusing on real estate, EPC, and M&A transactions.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including those related to construction, procurement, and property transactions.
3. Advise on regulatory compliance and manage potential legal risks associated with the company's operations.
4. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to support business objectives.
5. Manage external legal counsel as needed to ensure alignment with the company's legal strategy.
6. Participate in due diligence activities and contribute to the successful completion of corporate transactions.

Key Requirements:

1. Qualified lawyer with min 5 years (candidates with higher PQE welcome to apply) of post-qualification experience (PQE).
2. Strong experience in real estate, EPC, and M&A, preferably within the digital infrastructure, technology, or related sectors.
3. Proven ability to manage complex legal matters and provide pragmatic solutions in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a collegial team setting.
5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Availability to commit to a 6 to 12 months contract, with the potential for extension based on business needs.
