Legal Counsel – Corporate Commercial / TMT – Investment Bank

Our client is a top tier global investment bank, looking to hire a general commercial lawyer to cover a very broad range of vendor agreements, including IT contracts and data privacy issues. This is a very rare opportunity for a generalist lawyer to join such an institution and will sit within a supportive, collegiate team.

You will be a mid-level lawyer joining at Vice President level, with experience of reviewing documents written in Chinese, and a good team player.
