Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

1. Support legal matters, including preparing and reviewing contracts and agreements.
2. Negotiate and review agreements (e.g., facility letters, finance agreements, service/supplier contracts).
3. Conduct legal research and advise on regulatory issues.
4. Handle complaints, disputes, and litigation; coordinate with external counsel.
5. Maintain legal databases and ensure compliance with policies.
6. Report on legal matters to senior management and suggest improvements.
7. Provide legal training and assist with general coordination.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Law degree, passed the bar exam, and qualified to practice law.
2. 2-3 years of experience preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of private law, including data protection, IP, HR, and finance.
4. Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
5. Knowledge of political issues is a plus.
6. Excellent communication, English proficiency, and MS Office skills.
