Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. The product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defence vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids.

Key Accountabilities:
Accompanying and advising the company and its affiliates on all legal issues (with the exception of labour, tax and customs law)
Supporting and advising management in the analysis and resolution of legal issues
Reviewing, drafting and negotiation of national and international contracts with suppliers, customers and other business partners
Support and legal assistance to all specialist departments
Legal support for projects
Drafting and maintenance of contract templates
Preparation and conducting of in-house training courses
Preparation and support of legal disputes under engagement of external lawyer
Qualifications:
Fully qualified lawyer with above-average examination results
Established professional experience in an internationally oriented commercial law firm or an industrial company
You are characterized by a solution- and goal-oriented approach, a quick perception, a committed and independent way of working, characterized by economic thinking and acting.
A high level of personal responsibility, communication skills, team spirit and reliability to round off your profile
