The role of the Legal Counsel will be working in the Asia legal team, supporting on legal and regulatory matters relating to Swiss Re's businesses and operations in Southeast Asia.
The Legal Counsel will be expected to provide timely, commercially viable, practical and high-quality legal advice to enable effective oversight and management of legal risks in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and industry standards. The legal advice and support provided would include general corporate issues, regulatory and compliance issues, product development, insurance contracts and claims.
