1. Responsible for handling requests from overseas regulatory agencies for user data. Scope of work includes but is not limited to:
Data entry, management, investigation, and data analysis;
Supporting the legal department in responding to investigative requests, and conducting internal investigations and data gathering;
Monitoring the company’s public email account, handling day-to-day inquiries from regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders;
Collecting and organizing data, and submitting timely reports;
2. Conduct basic legal research, drafting, and proofreading legal documents;
3. Providing administrative support for the legal department (including but not limited to collecting and organizing documents and evidence for investigations and litigation, record keeping, scheduling meetings, and monitoring court dates);
4. Other duties as may be determined by the company;
5. All external communications must be conducted in English.
Requirements
Degree in law, legal secretary certification/diploma, or at least 3 years experience working as a legal assistant/paralegal;
Proficiency in English a must, fluency in Mandarin a plus;
Experience working in the legal department of a multinational corporation or an international law firm;
Experience working in the tech/IT industry a plus;
Strong communication skills, fast learner, dedicated to service excellence;
Able to work collaboratively and independently;
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
