The School of Chemical and Life Sciences offers the Diploma in Biomedical Science which equips students with the skills and knowledge in the life sciences, medical technology and biotechnology industries. The appointee will be required to support course management and teach lessons to students of the Diploma in Biomedical Science.

What you will be working on:

1. Provide education and career guidance to students
2. Develop and revise diploma-level modules
3. Deliver diploma-level modules
4. Supervise student projects and internships
5. Build and develop capabilities in molecular genetics, cell biology techniques, mammalian cell culture and immunology, provide technology transfer to students
6. Provide operational and administrative support to course and school activities

What we are looking for:

Requirements:

1. 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience in the following areas:

• Medical Technology Skillsets
• Molecular Techniques
• Mammalian Cell Culture
• Immunology
• Microbiology
• Bioinformatics

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
