Leasing & Loans Operations analyst (12 months contract)

Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Operations Analyst for a 12-month contract based in Singapore.

What you'll do:

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing various operational tasks within the banking and leasing industry. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include compiling, reviewing, and uploading transactional documents, ensuring the accuracy of loan documentation, and handling asset reconciliation. You will also assist with audits, manage mailboxes, provide client support services, and perform data entry into the leasing system. This role requires a high level of organisation, teamwork, and a results-oriented mindset.

• Compiling, reviewing & uploading of transactional documents.
• Maintaining responsibility for accuracy of loans documentation upload & reconciliation.
• Handling monthly assets reconciliation.
• Managing monthly reporting functions and assisting in audits.
• Performing data entry into leasing system.
• Managing mailbox and providing client servicing support.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Operations Analyst role brings a wealth of experience from the banking or leasing industry. With at least 2-4 years under your belt, you have developed significant operational expertise and are well-versed in loans documentation. Your familiarity with operational and administrative processes such as customer invoicing, cash application, collections, and end-of-lease management sets you apart. Your proficiency in Excel is essential for this role. Additionally, your clear communication skills coupled with your strong problem-solving abilities make you an ideal fit for this position.

• Minimum of a Finance Diploma in polytechnic.
• 2-4 plus years experience in the banking or leasing industry with significant operational and loans documentation experience.
• Knowledge of leasing business is preferred.
• Working knowledge of common forms of lease documentation, software license agreements, and other typical forms of customer finance documentation.
• Familiarity with operational and administrative processes such as customer invoicing, cash application, collections, and end-of-lease management.
• Excel skills are mandatory.
• Customer service skills.
• Problem solving/risk mitigation skills.
• Clear, articulate oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
