Responsibilities

• Negotiate lease terms forrenewals
• Prepare and finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation
• Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters

Requirements

• Diploma in Real Estate, Business or any other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing lease administration and renewals
