Learning & Development Trainer

Overview of the role

The training facilitator will work with the training team to conduct training and assessment for WSQ/SSG Environmental Cleaning modules. The training facilitator will be a key member of the training team and will also assist to manage a team of associate trainers, assist with courseware development and assessment management.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting facilitation and assessment of WSQ/SSG Environmental Cleaning modules
• Conducting training of classes and assessment management on weekday & weekend classes
• Assist with the management of associate trainers, trainer scheduling and conducting of train-the-trainer and on-the-job training.
• To be involved in administration processes to maintain training quality
• Assist with the development of courseware, training props/aids
• Assist with classroom and assessment room setup
• Work and liaise with training administration teams whenever required
• Any other duties relevant to the training team

Job Requirements

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in related field
• At least 2 years experience in environmental cleaning operations
• Knowledge of WSQ/SSG environmental cleaning modules
• ACTA/ACLP certified
• Able to run WSG/ SSG Programmes
• Able to commit to 5 days work week, as well as support weekend facilitations
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
