The Learning and Engagement team is an integral part of PAC operations, driving all learning & development, internal communications and employee engagement initiatives. Key focus is to design, develop and facilitate compelling learning programs & experiences that meet the needs of our business. In this role, you will be the training expert, manage programs end to end and be an active business partner.

Description

The L&D Partner role is responsible for managing end-to-end learning solutions for the PAC Operations team, while driving and evangelizing innovative and effective approaches to learning. You will interact with teams to understand requirements, develop project plans, design content and facilitate sessions to support the learning needs and opportunities across operations. You will make a substantial impact by developing inclusive, learner-centric experiences and aligning them to our business priorities.

  1. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver best in class learning solutions that influence positive behavioral change, align with strategic business objectives, and enhance individual and organizational capability.
  2. Understand organizational talent needs, connect the dots and proactively design niche solutions for targeted audience.
  3. Manage programs end to end, from conception to deployment, considering the complexities of a diverse audience.
  4. Drive innovative approaches to L&D, bringing in new trends and modalities to drive high learner engagement.
  5. Analyze, measure and communicate the overall impact of learning.
  6. Lead development and improvement of L&D content/processes in an agile environment and execute with exceptional quality, timeliness and attention to detail.
  7. Support organization readiness for the roll-out of new tools, processes, and people development initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in an L&D/HR Organization, Instructional or Curriculum Design preferred.
  • Experienced facilitator adept with a diverse range of content and audience (ICs, Managers, leaders).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong project/program management experience, which includes conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and closure.
  • Demonstrated experience with different learning formats such as eLearning, on-demand, video-instructor-led-training (VILT), instructor-led-training (ILT), blended learning, job aids, etc.
  • Strong ability to think strategically & execute tactically, with a keen focus on results.
  • Sharp analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data for informed decision making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with key stakeholders, global counterparts, and executives in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to persevere and adapt in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a positive and professional “customer-focused” attitude.
