Job Description:

Our client is a fast-growing financial technology company transforming how people and businesses access financial services. With innovation at our core, they are committed to building a high-performance culture driven by continuous learning, agility, and personal development. Currently, they are looking for an experienced L&D Manager to lead the design and execution of learning strategies that empower our people and support business growth. The L&D Manager will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs across the organization. This role will support talent growth, leadership development, and upskilling initiatives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning Strategy & Program Design

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business goals and talent needs.
  • Create and implement programs in areas such as onboarding, product training, leadership development, compliance, and technical skills.
  • Identify skill gaps and collaborate with business units to build targeted development plans.

Digital Learning & Innovation

  • Implement and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) and promote a culture of self-directed learning.
  • Leverage blended learning, microlearning, e-learning, and experiential learning techniques to drive engagement.
  • Introduce tech-driven learning solutions that fit the needs of remote and hybrid teams.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Drive initiatives for emerging leader development, coaching, mentoring, and high-potential talent programs.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to support succession planning and career development pathways.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop KPIs and analytics to measure learning impact, ROI, and employee progression.
  • Gather feedback, assess program effectiveness, and continuously improve content and delivery methods.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Collaborate closely with People & Culture, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, trainers, and learning content providers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in L&D, with at least 2 years in a tech or fintech environment.
  • Proven ability to design and implement impactful learning programs in a fast-paced organization.
  • Experience with digital learning platforms, LMS systems, and modern L&D technologies.
  • Strong project management, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of fintech products, regulatory frameworks, or financial services is a plus.
