Career Opportunities: Learning & Development Intern, Organisation & People (Jan - Jun/Jul 2025) (11169)
Responsibilities:
Research and prepare analysis on employee development needs/trends to support development and design of learning programmes.
Collate and review course feedback results and training attendance to identify opportunities to enhance the design of learning programmes.
Design and develop employee communications to drive a learning culture (e.g., Canva).
Support in the planning, organising, and managing of learning initiatives and events across different modalities.
Organise and manage internal/external engagements, including the preparation of meeting briefs and presentations.
Perform all other duties and tasks assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in HR, Humanities/Social Sciences.
Strong project management skills with critical thinking and analytical ability are advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Team player who is adaptable, self-motivated, and possesses learning agility with the ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-changing environment.
