Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement technical skills framework for frontline employees
  2. Work with line managers to identify training and development needs and key skills required for each terminal at each level
  3. Create learning courses to track skills and competencies attainment
  4. Identify and source courses or external skills frameworks depending on the terminal needs and challenges
  5. Review and manage Training Matrix in line with skills framework developed
  6. Coordinate the training matrix review with Learning Leads
  7. Develop training matrix for non-technical roles (Function by Function)
  8. Develop people manager development program based on learning needs
  9. Liaise with vendors and coordinate the review and creation
  10. Create courses, programs, audiences, and campaigns to automate training assignments when required
  11. Maintain and update courses, programs, audiences, and campaigns to automate training assignments when required

Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development or Project Management
  2. Immediate starter is preferred
