The team:

Our Learning Team plays a pivotal role in upskilling and reskilling talent in the Deep Tech Ecosystem. By collaborating with industry experts, we design cutting-edge learning strategies, leadership programs, and data-driven insights to empower professionals. Our initiatives cater not only to individuals looking to build a career in deep tech but also to organizations seeking skilled talent. Through impactful, engaging, and forward-thinking programs, we enable continuous growth and development in the emerging tech landscape.

The responsibilities:

  1. Learning Partner Management
    • Identify, source, and onboard high-quality Learning Partners (e.g., Subject Matter Experts, Training Providers, Institutes of Higher Learning).
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Learning Partners to ensure alignment with industry needs.
    • Assess Learning Partner performance and ensure adherence to established standards.
    • Build industry networks to gain insights into emerging technology skill gaps.
  2. Upskilling & Reskilling Tech Talent
    • Monitor industry trends and analyze their impact on workforce skills and learning needs.
    • Collaborate with Learning Partners to design and execute learning initiatives such as masterclasses, e-learning programs, and workshops.
    • Develop marketing content to drive participation in upskilling and reskilling programs.
    • Analyze qualitative and quantitative user data to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  3. Operations & Learning Administration
    • Implement efficient record-keeping and database management processes.
    • Manage logistics and resource arrangements for learning programs.
    • Oversee the execution of learning administration processes.
    • Track and analyze program take-up and completion rates to enhance learning effectiveness.
    • Develop and maintain a learning calendar that aligns with business objectives and workforce demand analysis.
  4. Other duties as assigned to support the success of the team

You Will Be a Good Fit If You Possess:

  • A Diploma/Degree with relevant experience in Learning and Development and/or Talent Management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and adaptability to change.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a drive for innovation and improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Web Conferencing Tools for training sessions.
  • Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus!
