Learning and Development Specialist (Central, Healthcare Sector)
Job Description
- Execute and support regarding training and development matters.
- Develop and implement Training Plan, organize training events (including New Employee Orientation) and coordinate pre and post training activities.
- Collaborate with internal/external trainers and subject matter experts to develop and implement effective training and development programs.
- Perform training vendor evaluation and selection, contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.
- Facilitate trainings, coordinate training activities and administer Educational Schemes.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
- Min 3 years relevant experience.
- Possess good planning, follow-up skills and meticulous personality.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation or coaching and good consultation skills.
