Learning and Development Specialist (Central, Healthcare Sector)

Job Description

1. Execute and support regarding training and development matters.
2. Develop and implement Training Plan, organize training events (including New Employee Orientation) and coordinate pre and post training activities.
3. Collaborate with internal/external trainers and subject matter experts to develop and implement effective training and development programs.
4. Perform training vendor evaluation and selection, contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.
5. Facilitate trainings, coordinate training activities and administer Educational Schemes.

Requirements:

1. Min. Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
2. Min 3 years relevant experience.
3. Possess good planning, follow-up skills and meticulous personality.
4. Excellent interpersonal, facilitation or coaching and good consultation skills.
