Description
The Learning & Development Manager supports the organization's efforts to build a culture of learning, enhance onboarding experiences, and develop skills gaps closing strategies that align with business priorities. This role also leads the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
As a key member of the Talent & Organizational Development team, the Learning & Development Manager reports into the Head of Talent and Organization Development and works closely with stakeholders, including People & Culture (P&C) Partners, business leaders, and employees, to ensure workforce readiness and continuous development across all levels of the organization.
