Learning and Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manages and oversees all training-related government funding programs and initiatives
• Ensures accurate and timely follow-through of all claims and documentation related to government funding
• Maintains compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
• Supports the development and implementation of digital learning programs
• Facilitates learning events, including workshops, seminars, and training sessions
• Prepares and presents progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related role
• Strong understanding of government funding programs and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Proficiency in digital learning tools and platforms
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Mon - Thu: 8am - 5:15pm
Fri: 8am to 4:30pm
