About our group:

Our team under Business Excellence works with cross-functional departments to implement and sustain Lean and Kaizen initiatives, improve productivity by studying work activities, analyzing value add and non-value add, and conducting motion time studies. We focus on improving factory throughput by addressing bottleneck capacity, inventory, and reducing Manufacturing Cycle Time. We support production on the Ergonomics program, handle tool design, and manage line inventory and logistics requirements. We collaborate with process engineering to refine and maintain the factory control system.

About the role - you will:

  • Work with cross-functional departments to improve operational efficiency.
  • Be involved in the Factory Control System.
  • Improve productivity, reduce scrap, and minimize material waste.
  • Identify bottlenecks and system constraints, and collaborate with respective process owners to elevate these constraints.
  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement activities.
  • Help implement and standardize best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

About you:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (thinking outside the box).
  • Resourceful and savvy professional committed to finding solutions and making an impact.
  • Good team player with stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Demonstrated project management and leadership skills, with outstanding communication and facilitation skills.
  • Possess Lean and Six Sigma skills.

Your experience includes:

  • Good experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma. Preferably certified Lean Engineer or Six Sigma Practitioner.
  • Proven record in continuous improvement projects.
