Website Flow, User Experience & Lead Generation:
- Design and optimize the user flow of websites to improve the overall journey and boost engagement.
- Create high-converting landing pages, integrating lead capture forms, calls to action (CTAs), and multimedia elements for lead generation.
- Leverage data-driven tools (such as heat maps and Google Analytics) to evaluate and enhance website performance.
WordPress Development & Management:
- Manage and maintain WordPress plugins, ensuring seamless compatibility and functionality.
- Configure and optimize caching plugins (e.g., WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache) to improve site performance.
- Oversee server hosting, DNS configurations, and domain management (e.g., cPanel, Cloudflare).
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to WordPress themes, plugins, and hosting setups.
- Implement security best practices, including backups, SSL certificates, firewalls, and security plugins.
Graphic Design & Branding:
- Design engaging graphics, banners, and digital assets for websites and online platforms.
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align visual design with brand strategy and business objectives.
Landing Page Design & Optimization:
- Create and optimize landing pages focused on conversions, utilizing A/B testing and performance insights for improvements.
- Ensure landing pages are visually appealing and strategically designed to boost user engagement and lead generation.
Wireframing & Prototyping:
- Develop wireframes and prototypes with a focus on user experience, branding, and lead generation.
- Present design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate to meet business and branding goals.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Analyze website performance metrics (such as bounce rates and conversion rates) to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement strategies to optimize lead generation and overall website performance.
Requirements:
- At least 5-8 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development, graphic design, branding, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to create cohesive, visually appealing designs.
- Strong understanding of landing page development and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Knowledge of DNS management, server hosting, and website performance optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality work.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, heat maps, and A/B testing to track and improve user behavior.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with marketing teams.
