We're seeking a self-motivated, entrepreneurial Software Engineer who thinks differently to join us in the product team as a lead/founding engineer, helping shape our product from the ground up.

As A Lead Software Engineer, You Will Have To:

• Design and build our HRM product's technical foundation from the ground up
• Make key architectural decisions that will shape our product's future
• Own the full development cycle using modern tech stack (Next.js, Node.js, AWS)
• Collaborate with the product team to create intuitive user experiences
• Use cutting-edge tools (AI-assisted development) to build efficiently
• Establish development standards and best practices

It Would Be Great If You Have:

• Experience with HR/payroll systems
• Experience with Singapore government APIs
• Worked in fast-paced startup environments
• Built distributed systems and optimized their performance
