What We Offer

As a Lead Software Engineer of the scrum team, you will be responsible for the full cycle of QA Activities in multi-regional development teams and provide leadership for in scope full-stack QA activities. This will be from requirement analysis to test coverage automation of business features for the ControllerView Platform team.

You will lead QA processes and provide direction to improve quality standards and reliability of the product.

What You Will Do

1. Engage with cross-functional & multi-regional teams on test system design, test planning, and test automation.
2. Create and execute test plans, provide test reports to key stakeholders.
3. Maintain industry best practices for QA, compliance, and test automation.
4. Improve and maintain current test automation systems and increase coverage for existing automated testing suites.
5. Responsible for management and coordination of testing activities on assigned projects including definition of testing approach, test effort estimation, progress, and status reporting.
6. Mentor QA Engineers.

What We Expect

1. 7+ years’ experience in QA and testing profiles with knowledge of various testing methodologies.
2. Strong knowledge of software testing methods, types, tools, and processes.
3. Experience with design and development of test documentation (test plan, test strategy, test cases, checklists).
4. Familiarity with requirements review and creating bug reports.
5. Hands-on experience with functional testing.
6. Working and creating QA metrics (review client's problems and mitigation).
7. Good presentation skills for QA-related knowledge sharing.
8. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
9. Familiarity with Linux operating systems and Shell scripting.
10. Strong experience with test automation (Java, Selenium).
11. Prior experience with Jenkins and Docker.
12. Experience with SQL, REST API, SSO, Nginx.
13. Java knowledge will be a plus.

Our work arrangement is hybrid. You will be coming into the office at least 2 days per week.
