Lead Signalling Engineer

This is your role. What part will you play?

1. Lead the signalling design in Singapore to deliver the trackside signalling design for projects, meeting key dates and project requirements.
2. Coordinate closely and follow up with the Project Engineering Manager and the Project Manager.
3. Coordinate with the team in Madrid to ensure project deliveries align with customer requirements and design specifications.
4. Hold design meetings with the customer and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of design and requirements.
5. Identify possible blocking points and take necessary actions to avoid impacting project deliverables.
6. Follow up on the T&C activities’ progress, providing necessary support to resolve issues that may arise during this stage.
7. Ensure the quality, completeness, and consistency of the created outputs.
8. Ensure compliance with deadlines and costs related to project activities.

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in electrical/electronic engineering, B. Tech, or Diploma.
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
3. Technical knowledge on main subsystems of a railway project, especially Interlocking and all relevant trackside equipment subsystem.
4. Experience in reading and understanding technical requirements to generate design documentation.
5. Knowledge of engineering processes and communication skills to interface different departments.
6. Knowledge of Westrace Interlocking solution and previous experience with Singapore customer is an added value.
7. Able to demonstrate strong leadership capability.
