This is your role. What part will you play?
- Lead the signalling design in Singapore to deliver the trackside signalling design for projects, meeting key dates and project requirements.
- Coordinate closely and follow up with the Project Engineering Manager and the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with the team in Madrid to ensure project deliveries align with customer requirements and design specifications.
- Hold design meetings with the customer and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of design and requirements.
- Identify possible blocking points and take necessary actions to avoid impacting project deliverables.
- Follow up on the T&C activities’ progress, providing necessary support to resolve issues that may arise during this stage.
- Ensure the quality, completeness, and consistency of the created outputs.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and costs related to project activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in electrical/electronic engineering, B. Tech, or Diploma.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
- Technical knowledge on main subsystems of a railway project, especially Interlocking and all relevant trackside equipment subsystem.
- Experience in reading and understanding technical requirements to generate design documentation.
- Knowledge of engineering processes and communication skills to interface different departments.
- Knowledge of Westrace Interlocking solution and previous experience with Singapore customer is an added value.
- Able to demonstrate strong leadership capability.
