In this role, you will architect and develop distributed, real-time robotic systems that leverage AI, cloud robotics, and edge computing to enable seamless, autonomous operations. You will spearhead the design of resilient, mission-critical infrastructures, integrating advanced perception, navigation, and decision-making algorithms to push the boundaries of robotic intelligence. Your leadership will be instrumental in defining the technical roadmap, establishing best-in-class engineering practices, and ensuring our robotics ecosystem is secure, scalable, and future-ready.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop distributed, real-time robotic platforms that leverage AI, cloud robotics, and edge computing.
- Implement AI-powered perception, navigation, and decision-making systems for autonomous robotics.
- Develop and integrate robotics middleware, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity frameworks for seamless, secure operations.
- Establish robust CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps workflows to accelerate robotics software innovation.
- Design resilient, mission-critical robotic architectures capable of handling large-scale deployments.
- Work closely with hardware engineers, AI researchers, and business stakeholders to align system architecture with strategic goals.
- Guide and mentor teams in best-in-class robotics software development practices, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in robotics software integration, autonomous systems, and real-time computing.
- Proven expertise in ROS2, real-time operating systems, AI/ML for robotics, and digital twin simulations.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, microservices, hybrid cloud, and edge AI deployments.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance standards for robotic deployments.
- Experience designing fault-tolerant, high-availability robotic control systems for large-scale operations.
- Ability to mentor teams, set architectural direction, and drive best-in-class robotics software engineering practices.
