Lead Producer

About the Role

The Integrated Producer will be responsible for leading the production of high-quality content for some of the world's most popular consumer brands. This role requires a strong understanding of production processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the production of TV, KV, Digital, and Integrated productions from brief to delivery
• Anticipate and troubleshoot problems that arise in production
• Guide the team throughout the production process
• Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion
• Collaborate with Account Management, Planning, and the creative team to develop innovative solutions
• Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience in an agency and/or production house
• Proficient in line producing and budget management
• Strong understanding of digital, print, content, and broadcast production
• Detail-oriented and solution-driven with the ability to manage client expectations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
