The Lead Process Engineer will spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of wastewater treatment processes within our projects. This role involves managing a team of engineers, collaborating with various departments, and implementing cutting-edge technologies to advance project goals. This role requires a deep understanding of chemical, physical, and biological treatment methods, strong project management skills, and a commitment to environmental sustainability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop detailed process designs for complex wastewater treatment projects.
Lead pilot studies and data collection efforts to validate process concepts.
Create process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
Perform detailed calculations related to plant process design and prepare system operation & control philosophy.
Work closely with multiple disciplines to ensure quality and competitive proposals are developed and delivered on time.
Support Business Development on technical presentations and/or meetings with potential or existing clients.
Participate in preparing the design specification, Bill of Quantity (BQ), and Request for Quotation (RFQ) and assist in selecting equipment and components.
Assist in project implementation, including process-related document preparation and technical clarification with client.
Participate in testing and commissioning work.
Any other works as instructed by the company management.
Qualifications/Experiences required:
Degree in Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or related engineering fields.
Min. 5 years and above in process & mechanical design in wastewater treatment plants, hands-on experience working in fast-paced, diverse, and multi-disciplined projects and O&M activities will be an advantage.
Able to communicate with various levels of people.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and flexible individual must possess the initiative and ability to take on numerous challenging tasks, and new projects, and meet high standards and deadlines.
