Lead Process Engineer

Are you an experienced Process Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Lead Process Engineer to manage a small team and coordinate with clients and vendors to deliver outstanding engineering solutions.

In this role, you will plan and oversee technical deliverables for both basic and detailed design, manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with safety and design standards, and lead the closeout of HAZOP actions. You will also play a crucial role in troubleshooting during construction and commissioning phases while traveling to various locations, including shipyards in SE Asia, China, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the Technical Authority for Process Discipline Engineering.
2. Manage EPC contractors and vendors, ensuring project schedules and budgets are met.
3. Interface with multi-discipline teams to resolve engineering challenges.
4. Prepare technical specifications and maintain compliance with all relevant standards.

What We're Looking For:

1. Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field.
2. A minimum of 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Process Engineering, with previous leadership experience preferred.
3. Proficiency in process simulation software like HYSYS, and familiarity with FPSO equipment and methodologies.
