Lead, Pricing - Global Life Insurer (Up to SGD250K!)

We are partnering with a top-tier global life insurer to help them find a talented and experienced Head of Pricing (Singapore) to join their senior leadership team. This is a key strategic role within the organization, responsible for driving pricing decisions and ensuring the profitability and competitiveness of their life insurance portfolio.

As the Pricing lead, you will lead a high-performing team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and shape the future of product pricing. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing and dynamic business.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement innovative pricing strategies for the full range of life insurance products to drive profitability and market competitiveness.
2. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of pricing actuaries.
3. Partner with product development, underwriting, actuarial, and sales teams to optimize pricing strategies and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

What you should have

1. At least 12 years of Life Actuarial experience - Pricing experience in Singapore / APAC region required, valuation experience advantageous.
2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex pricing strategies to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
3. Team/People management skills essential.
4. Possess actuarial software knowledge like Prophet, SQL, VBA.
