Responsibilities:

• Progress Monitoring: Actively monitor construction program progress, identify delay events and their impacts, and assist in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims and presentations for clients.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate detailed progress reports, S-Curves, and progress trackers, and perform programming health checks to ensure project alignment.
• Recovery & Optimization: Develop recovery programs and summarize key strategies to address challenges, including the preparation of baseline schedules with resource and cost allocations.
• Planning Coordination: Prepare, coordinate, and update the project planning requirements to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Program Updates: Regularly update the Project Construction program and its status to produce weekly and monthly reports, including relevant trend charts.
• Client Reporting: Prepare and distribute program updates as needed for internal and client reporting, ensuring progress aligns with planned objectives.
• Senior Management Interaction: Engage with senior management to provide detailed program information necessary for substantiating claims.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability to plan and organize work schedules with a strong track record of meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in Primavera and Microsoft Project.
• Relevant experience with LTA projects.
