We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Procurement Expert to join our team. The candidate should have extensive knowledge in the procurement domains within the Supply module of D365 and hold experience in a global Trading Organization, covering in-depth intercompany processes and commercial operations.

As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the procurement (in-direct and direct), sourcing, and vendor management modules tailored to meet the specific needs of a Global Trading Organization.

This is a hands-on position, and the incumbent is required to provide proactive technical and functional support in resolving complex issues while collaborating with cross-functional team members from planning, customer service, logistics, procurement, finance, manufacturing, and master data.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Lead the implementation of the D365 procurement modules for their appointed scope.
2. Act as the central contact for all procurement process-related matters during the entire project lifecycle.
3. Translate business requirements into best practice solutions based on experience within the industry.
4. Design template solutions that cover processes on a global scale.
5. Partake in the correct delivery of the finance functionalities during D365 rollout.
6. Follow up on the correct execution of the project phases.
7. Support Unit testing and perform Functional and User Acceptance Testing.
8. Provide User support & Training throughout the project, as well as during hypercare.
9. Create functional specs and deliver required documentation for code migration.
10. Ensure documentation standards (training manuals) are in line with the Quality framework of ERP.
11. Effectively collaborate with infrastructure teams, application development teams, testing, and release teams.

Knowledge and Skills

Extensive knowledge of Procurement processes & configuration. Main modules in Oracle D365 procurement application include:

• Direct & Indirect procurement
• Procurement Pricing
• Sourcing strategy setup
• Vendor Management
• Vendor management tools
• Intercompany Procurement processing

Direct & Indirect Procurement:

• Setting up direct and indirect procurement based on organizational structure.
• Experience with handling intercompany setup.
• Setup approval matrix for both direct and indirect procurement.
• Setting up purchasing policies in accordance with industrial best practices.
• Integrate orders transmission from non-D365 commercial regions (e.g., SAP).
• EDI enablement for non-D365 plants and outsource suppliers.
• Knowledge of PowerBI and handling different reporting requirements.

Procurement Pricing:

• Setting best practice procurement pricing (trade agreements/Procurement Contracts).
• Raw material pricing.
• External Finished goods.
• Intercompany transfer pricing.
• Setup prices, Vendor discounts & rebates.
• Setup tier pricing or other pricing capabilities.
• Setup for additional costs within the purchasing process.

Sourcing strategy setup:

• Setting up sourcing strategy.
• Setup RFQ process.
• Maintenance of existing Contract agreements with upload or excel integration.

Vendor Management tools:

• Setup vendor management tools.
• Enable internal/external suppliers to manage orders (Delivery date confirmation, ASN).
• Experience in handling gaps and working on customization.
