Lead Exec/Asst Manager (Finance, Data & Reporting)- Centre for Industry & Lifelong Learning

What the role is
The Finance, Data & Reporting position will play a crucial role in managing and administering the CET grant processes within the organisation. This role involves ensuring compliance with funding agency guidelines, validating data submissions and supporting training and financial data analysis and reporting.

What you will be working on

1. Grant Management
   
   • Support the entire grant lifecycle, from application to final reporting, ensuring compliance with funding agency guidelines.
   • Perform regular data reconciliation between funding receivables and grant claims to ensure accuracy and accountability.
2. Data Reporting
   
   • Prepare and submit accurate and timely data reports to funding agencies and internal stakeholders.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
   
   • Work closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, and program management, to ensure seamless execution of grant-related activities.
4. Compliance Monitoring
   
   • Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to grant management.

What we are looking for

• Relevant qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in grant administration, financial management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of grant management processes and funding agency guidelines is preferred.
