Lead Designer - Workplace

We are seeking a talented Lead Designer to join our design studio. You will be part of a team designing Corporate / Workplace Interior projects, working closely with the design team to develop design concepts and lead client presentations/pitches.

In Brief

• You will strategize design solutions to fit assigned programs.
• You will work on multiple projects, providing pre-design services such as conducting feasibility studies and specifying design requirements.
• You will manage the development of design from one phase to the next, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule are met.
• You will lead and participate in project meetings, client presentations, and collaborate with the team for design management and coordination.
• You will provide quality control and review design documentation, scheduling project team deliverables.
• You will attend client work-sessions and design reviews as required.
• You will travel for project presentations, coordination meetings, and site visits as needed.

Requirements

• You have 10+ years of experience working on Commercial interior / Corporate Interiors/Workplace design projects and managing a team.
• You have a strong design sensibility and technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution.
• You are a team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile.
• You have multi-tasking ability, with time management and organizational skills.
• You have a registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• You have an excellent knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop.
