Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful And Future-Oriented

  1. Lead the team in Singapore to deliver the ATS design for Projects in Singapore meeting the key dates and the project requirements.
  2. Close coordination and follow-up with the project Engineering Manager and the Project Manager of the project.
  3. Coordination with the team in Madrid for the deliveries required by the Project ensuring alignment of the customer requirements with the design.
  4. Holding design meetings with the customer and other SWC to ensure alignment of the design and requirements.
  5. Identify possible blocking points and provide the necessary actions to avoid impacting on the project deliverables.
  6. Follow up of the T&C activities progress providing the necessary support to close the issues which can be raised during this stage.
  7. Quality, completeness and consistency of the created outputs.
  8. Compliance with deadlines and costs with respect to the activities in the project.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in electrical/electronics engineering / B. Tech, Diploma.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
  3. Technical knowledge on main subsystems of a railway project, especially ATS subsystem.
  4. Knowledge of Rail9k ATS solution is an added value.
  5. Experience in reading and understanding technical requirements to generate design documentation.
  6. Knowledge of engineering processes and communication skills to interface different departments will be important.
  7. Ability to demonstrate strong leadership capability.
