Description:

作为一名幼教老师，您将担负起班级幼儿的教学和日常保育工作的责任。这包括：

1. 规划和实施适合儿童发展的课程和方案，辨识新趋势，保持创新。这包括制定计划、实施计划和提供学习材料，以提高学习环境的质量。
2. 与中心员工、家长建立合作伙伴关系。
3. 管理家庭与社区项目，相信我们可以回馈我们所在的社区。
4. 负责日常保育工作并不断改进，从而提供更好的服务。
5. 以专业实践推广我们的愿景、使命和价值观，以创新提供优质服务。

Job Requirements:

1. 至少拥有幼儿教育L1证书或幼儿教育教学文凭。较强的英语（华语）口语和书写能力。
2. 良好的人际交往能力，能与来自不同国家和不同文化的各级工作人员、专业人士、家长和家庭以及社区伙伴合作。
3. 有无教学经验皆可，但需具备高度的上进心，精力充沛，热衷于促进儿童的学习和发展。
4. 精通Microsoft Word。
