Landscape Manager Assistance

Job Description

1. Attend site visits and tender show round
2. Propose and design simple yet sustainable landscape designs for specified sites
3. Prepare quotes and landscape maintenance reports
4. Coordinate work orders with ground crew
5. Deal with complaints from clients on site
6. Prepare maintenance schedule
7. Monitor and record site staff attendance
8. Handle assigned projects and coordination
9. Be responsible for the administrative and operational aspects of landscape projects, including liaising with customers for project requirements and progress
10. Coordinate with and report to Landscape Manager
11. Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior

Requirements

1. Degree/Diploma in Horticulture, Arboriculture or other related fields with a minimum of 1 year experience in landscaping industries
2. Required language(s): English, Chinese (to deal with complaints from Chinese-speaking clients on site)
3. Dynamic and energetic
4. Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
5. Committed to work
6. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
8. Prefer candidates with horticulture or arborist knowledge
9. On-the-job training provided
10. Entry-level candidates with the relevant Polytechnic / WSQ Diploma / Degree are welcomed

Working Hours and Office Location:

1. 5.5-day work week
2. Office location: Mandai Estate
3. Work location: Various Sites
