Landscape Coordinator - Urgent Hiring

EXKLUSIVE LANDSCAPE PTE LTD (the “Company”) is an Exempt Private Company Limited by Shares, incorporated on 14 February 1997 in Singapore. The Company’s principal activity is landscape planting, care and maintenance service activities (e.g., garden installation and maintenance, grass cutting, tree felling, pruning).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of landscaping services.
• Supervise and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and guidance to ensure quality service.
• Design and implement landscaping plans according to customer requirements.
• Ensure that all landscaping projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Monitor the use of materials and supplies and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Secure bids and quotations for landscaping materials and equipment.
• Oversee the maintenance of landscaping equipment and vehicles.
• Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance with Singapore safety regulations.
• Create weekly and monthly reports on landscaping projects.
• Oversee overall site progress to ensure architectural works of project team and sub-contractors are carried out according to specifications and in compliance with defined standards and authorities’ requirements.
• Responsible for the administrative and operational aspects of landscape projects, including liaising with customers for project requirements and progress.
• Any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Job Requirements:

• 5.5 Working days (Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm)
• WSQ under NPARKS is a must: ‘Advanced Certificate in Landscape Supervision’.
• Entry-level candidates with a relevant Polytechnic / Diploma / Degree in Horticulture, Arboriculture, or other related fields are welcomed with a minimum of 1 year experience in landscaping industries.
• Required language(s): English
• Class 3 Driving License would be an advantage.
• Dynamic and energetic.
• Good team player with the ability to lead and multi-task.
• Committed to work.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferred candidates with horticulture or arborist knowledge.
• On-the-job training provided.

Working Hours and Office Location:

• 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm, Saturday: 8am to 12pm)
• Office location: Bukit Batok Crescent
• Work location: Various Sites
