Landscape Architect

Summary:

Coopers Hill is looking for design focused Landscape Architects to join our office in Asia. Landscape Architects are key members of our creative team, actively involved in a diverse range of local and international projects.

Job Responsibilities:

You will play an important role in:

• Designing and delivering a range of landscape projects internationally with a track record;
• Developing, modifying and reviewing drawings for landscape architecture projects;
• Demonstrating creative thinking abilities and contributing to firm-wide design excellence and problem solving;
• Demonstrating understanding of the relationship between design and constructability;
• Incorporating integrated sustainable design solutions into projects;
• Submitting your project timesheet on every 15th and the last day of each month;
• Any other duties assigned by the team leader but not limited to the above;

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, we will need you to be:

• A holder of Degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture;
• Experienced in relevant industry for a minimum of 1 year with proficiency in design;
• Excellent in graphics, strong at design and skillful in communicating effectively;
• Experienced in Resort / Urban design;
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up, Enscape and MS Office;
• Experienced in working overseas or in an international environment would be an advantage;
• Responsible, mature, self-motivated, resourceful, a team player and possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;
• Applicants with less experience who can demonstrate exceptional design skill and potential will also be considered.
