Landscape and Construction Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape and Construction Supervisor to oversee landscaping and construction projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the landscape and construction industry, with a solid background in supervising teams, coordinating tasks, and ensuring quality execution. The role requires an individual with an in-depth knowledge of local regulations, landscaping techniques, and construction processes. Strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain high safety standards on-site are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of landscaping and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Oversee a team of workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and direction to ensure efficient work and high-quality results.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain inventory and ensure that materials are available on-site as needed.
• Prepare and submit reports on project status, including timelines, cost estimates, and progress updates.
• Ensure the proper handling and maintenance of equipment used on-site.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and quality.
• Liaise with clients to address concerns and provide updates on project milestones.

Key Requirements

• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a landscape and construction company background, with demonstrated expertise in managing projects and teams.
• Driving Experience: A minimum of 5 years of driving experience with a valid Singapore driving license (Class 3). In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s roads and traffic conditions is essential for site visits and managing transportation of materials.

• Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is a plus.
