Land Surveyor

Responsibilities:
1. To perform land and engineering surveys required for civil and building works
2. To liaise with Registered Surveyors for pre-computation plan drawing, setting out and as-built survey
3. Coordinate with Structural, Architectural, M&E team and respective sub-contractors so as to carry out necessary setting out works
4. To ensure that all survey instruments, total stations and level are calibrated according to specifications at specified intervals
5. Ensure all setting out are within surveying tolerances
6. Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor or management

Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma, or Degree in Civil Engineering, or Land Surveying/Geology
2. Minimum 5-8 years relevant working experience in building and construction industry
3. Good understanding of standard accuracy and tolerances of construction survey
