Key Responsibilities:

• Led strategic goal planning and day-to-day laboratory operations.
• Acted as the primary point of contact between the laboratory and clients for routine sample analyses.
• Managed and organized workflow execution, ensuring smooth operations.
• Managed risks associated with microbiological and biomolecular analyses of wastewater samples and water matrices.
• Prepared advance rosters, including supervisory and signatory roles.
• Coordinated staff to achieve KPIs related to turnaround times (TATs) and client expectations.
• Ensured adequate availability of trained and qualified staff to meet TAT objectives.
• Reported operational or productivity issues to management promptly.
• Contributed to new projects and implemented business enhancements.
• Ensured compliance with quality standards in collaboration with the Quality & Compliance Department.
• Addressed customer inquiries and complaints promptly, keeping them informed of any delays.

What are we looking for?

• Experience as a laboratory manager, including proven technical knowledge and laboratory experience.
• Experience with method-related tasks, including development, verification, validation, and enhancement.
• Possesses SAC Singlas signatory for Microbiology &/or Bio-Molecular is a must.
• Experience in audit & CAPA management skills.
