Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the laboratory processing and storage preparation of cells.
• Isolate and cryopreserve stem cells and other valuable components of the cord blood for future use.
• Perform routine and specialized tests to assess the viability and quality of cord blood samples.
• Good understanding of the specific SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and participate in audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of laboratory practices, techniques, and equipment.
• Previous working experience in a laboratory setting, in a clinical or stem cell-related role would be an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
