Lab Analyst (Chemistry) - 1 year, Up to $2.8k #HHL

Location: Tuas (pickup from Jurong, CCK)

Salary: Up to $2.8k

Monday to Friday, Working hour: five day week. 2 weeks of Morning followed by 1 week of afternoon.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality compliance through routine and non-standard tests using HPLC, GC, Empower system, etc.
• Identify out-of-specification (OOS) results, deviations, and quality problems.
• Report testing activities and results, complying with Quality and HSE procedures.
• Manage laboratory operations by following operational excellence models.
• Perform routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Report equipment OOS issues and equipment purchase requests.
• Maintain integrity, accuracy, and completeness of QC data and records.
• Optimize quality and efficiency of department workflows and activities.
• Assist in preparing for and participating in laboratory inspections and audits.
• Compile data to support business and performance metrics reporting.
• Propose solutions to improve QC procedures, activities, and workflows.
• Gather information to support feasibility assessments for introducing new QC procedures, systems, and equipment.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in science related
• Able to commit for one year
• Able to commit 2 weeks of Morning followed by 1 week of afternoon.
