• Prepare insightful progress reports for each semester and develop comprehensive developmental portfolios for every child, highlighting their growth and achievements.

• Create and maintain a vibrant, stimulating learning environment that fosters self-directed learning and curiosity.

• Manage all aspects of classroom administration, ensuring the safety, hygiene, and well-being of the children through diligent care routines.

• Collaborate closely with fellow teaching staff to deliver a cohesive and effective educational experience.

• Cultivate strong, supportive partnerships with parents to enhance the learning journey of their children.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education, certified by ECDA at L2 category.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience and a high tolerance level towards children, an essential asset.

• Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.

• Exceptional emotional intelligence, adept at collaborating with management, peers, and parents.
