Job Title

L1 Network Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an L1 Network Support Engineer to join our team. As an L1 Network Support Engineer, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for our network infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Network Monitoring: Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to resolve problems quickly.

2. Ticket Management: Manage and resolve network-related tickets in a timely and efficient manner.

3. Basic Troubleshooting: Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks to identify and resolve network issues.

4. Escalation: Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or specialized teams as needed.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network issues, resolutions, and configurations.

6. Communication: Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as server and application support, to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

1. Experience: 1 years of experience in network support or a related field.

2. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and switching/routing.

3. Certifications: CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification preferred.

4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
