L1/L2 Application Support Engineer - Core Banking

Looking to hire an L1/L2 Application Support Engineer. This person will sit with the Application team to maintain existing IT systems and core banking applications.

As the L1/L2 Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Providing L1/L2 support for core banking applications and existing IT systems
All daily and monthly IT operational health checks
Application server support, User application account/access administration
Tech application deployment
Documentation

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in technology operational/support functions, ideally with banking exposure. Knowledge of core banking systems, i.e., Avaloq, T24, is a huge plus.
