Our client, a Digital Commercial Bank, is looking for a Know Your Customer (KYC) Lead for the KYC Operations team. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of customer lifecycle management activities from customer outreach, onboarding, event trigger and periodic review to exit.
You will monitor and develop the KYC operations team, drive strategic initiatives and fine-tune KYC processes to ensure that customer standards are met while maintaining robust and effective controls. You will work closely with various functions across the organisation and provide guidance and direction to stakeholders regarding regulations for new clients and product rollouts.
The ideal candidate should possess about 10 years of customer-facing KYC experience for corporate or commercial clients, with prior team leadership experience. Personal attributes such as strong relationship management skills and a growth mindset would be highly valued. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must as there will be interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
