KYC Client Outreach Analyst

We are looking for a KYC Analyst to join our client, a multinational banking and financial services corporation headquartered in Amsterdam. The KYC Client Outreach team facilitates Know Your Customer (KYC) processes by acting as a liaison between various stakeholders and ensuring the collection and storage of necessary client documents. An Outreach Analyst engages with stakeholders daily to maintain smooth communication and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage with internal and external stakeholders daily (Processing Units, front office, compliance, CoE, clients).
2. Collect and store all required client documents and data in Vantage, delivering them to Processing Units for further processing in accordance with regulatory and internal company standards, including FATCA, CRS, and ESR (Environmental and Social Responsibility).
3. Clearly communicate KYC requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
4. Educate and support clients on the bank's KYC initiatives and general KYC/AML requirements.
5. Obtain and maintain accurate KYC documentation.
6. Validate the provided documentation for completeness and accuracy.
7. Ensure a high-quality customer experience.
8. Monitor and supervise the KYC control environment.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Prior experience in KYC/AML in a client-facing role is highly desirable.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key information and assess risks.
3. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
4. Ability to perform at a high standard under pressure and tight deadlines.
5. Capability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
