KOL MANAGER/DIRECTOR

Opus is in search of a motivated individual who is passionate about brand storytelling to join our team as a KOL Manager/Director.

With a growing portfolio of reputable clients, this opportunity offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment where you will play a key role in executing strategies across the luxury, fashion, and hospitality industries.

Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Management: Build strong relations with Opus talents and maintain day-to-day contact with regular updates in current campaigns and potential opportunities.
2. Negotiate: Liaise contracts, budgets and deliverables on behalf of talents.
3. Client Servicing: Serving as a point of contact between clients, agencies and talents to ensure KPIs are met within budget.
4. Content Brief Development: Work closely with internal teams to create content briefs for engaged campaigns in line with clients’ messages and personal branding.
5. New Business: Actively seek collaboration opportunities for assigned talents.
6. Creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and adjusting schedules when necessary.
7. Coordination: Coordinating with external parties not limited to campaign shoots, media trips, social media postings.
